My Mission

I help busy moms to look and feel their best through science and nature so that they can live their healthiest lives.


Most women are busy going through life struggling with their health. They are overwhelmed, stressed, not sleeping, not eating well, and not living the life that they hoped for.

But it doesn’t have to be this way. You can regain health and vitality!

Together, we’ll work to reach your weight-loss goals by learning strategies to improve appetite-control, reduce food cravings, implement fitness for optimal fat-burning, enhance sleep quality, and maximize overall energy.

My method makes these improvements easy to implement, and we take it one day at a time to make gradual, sustainable changes. We explore what truly works for you in fun, flexible and rewarding ways.

With an abundance of health and fitness information available, it can be hard to determine the best plan to reach your goals. Because there is no one-size-fits-all approach, Kendall will consider your unique identity–what makes you, you. She will shape your 3-month program around your goals, your lifestyle and eating habits, your preferences and intolerances, your body composition, and your metabolism.

Over the course of 12 weeks, Kendall will not only help you sort through fact and fiction, but she will provide accountability and guidance to help you navigate the challenges that come up along the way

Initial consultation

3 Month Health Coaching Package*

Over the course of three months we will work together to:

6 month Health Coach Package

This program includes everything in the three month program however gives you the opportunity to work with me for a total of six months. It’s proven, that real and lasting changes occur over a longer period of time.

Follow-Up Session

Have you already done a program with me? A follow-up session is a tune-up where we check in on your nutritional progress in order to optimize the future of your health. We will discuss your successes, your challenges, review all that we learned before and adjust your meal plan and make recommendations as needed. Available in-person, via FaceTime/Zoom or by phone.


Private Facebook Group: Healthy Busy Mom's Tribe

Get access to my private Facebook group for personal and group support with like minded “friends.”  You are guaranteed to connect with me each day, discuss all of your health and wellness issues in a safe nonjudgmental space, ask questions and get answers.  I will post monthly cleanse and detox plans that we will do together as a group.  Get feedback and support from me and other members. Want to try a certain diet or meal plan?  I’ll post and share recipes of interest to you.  Also included: free giveaways and prizes.

Ongoing support

Get continued care even after the appointment.

It doesn’t stop here. We proudly offer our electronic health record (EHR), Healthie. This platform comes with its own HIPAA-compliant app that you can download to have direct, ongoing contact with Kendall. This allows for maximum achievement of the goals that were set in each session.

I recommend that you come back to follow-up with me at least once regardless of your nutrition diagnosis. Weight management clients usually prefer to follow-up for an extended time in order to optimize their success. In the follow-up appointments, we review the wellness contract and a total body composition analysis on the InBody. After a period of time, we usually recommend that you and/or your family have your tests redone.
