HI, I’M KENDALL MACKINTOSH, MS, INHC

I am a Integrative & Functional Nutritionist and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.  I have a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition and Integrative Health and am currently a CNS candidate (the highest credential for a nutrition specialist). I am also a mom of three, health freedom advocate and successful entrepreneur.

What is
Personal Nutrition?

An Integrative and Functional Nutritionist takes a holistic approach to health by incorporating food, sleep, stress, fitness, and toxic environmental factors, in the effort to reduce the risk of chronic disease. A health coach is nutrition professional, trained in holistic nutrition and habit change. I don’t just tell my clients what to eat or what to do, but rather coach them to make better decisions, no matter what situation they’re in.  I help my clients get to the root of their issues, educate them on their choices, and ultimately provides a concrete plan and strategy to improve their eating and lifestyle habits. No matter what your obstacles are, whether it’s not enough time, you have a tight budget, you don’t know how to cook, maybe you just don’t like healthy food, or you are addicted to sugar, I will coach you to jump over those hurdles with ease. Just think about it, athletes, musicians and celebrities have always used coaches to bring out the best in themselves and their area of expertise to achieve their optimal self.

The thing I love most about being a personal nutritionist is being able to change people’s lives. It’s an amazing feeling when someone has transformed their health, feels better, looks better and has more energy while working together. It’s a very rewarding feeling to be able to inspire someone to live a healthier life.

My Vision

My vision is to foster wellness and vitality, with a strong emphasis on gut health as a cornerstone of longevity. Utilizing Functional and Integrative Medicine, I focus on reducing inflammation, optimizing nutrition, balancing hormones, and significantly boosting gut health to unlock the body’s innate healing abilities. This holistic approach includes stress management, personalized dietary plans for gut vitality, regular physical activity, and strategic use of medications and supplements. By enhancing connections with family and community and supporting natural detoxification, I aim to guide individuals towards achieving and maintaining optimal health, wellness, and a longer, fulfilling life.
