A Pantry Make-Over – I will come to your house and we’ll check out all the goodies (or not so goodies) in your pantry, fridge and kitchen. What’s good, bad, got to go and what can stay!
Healthy Shopping 101 – We will go food shopping together and learn what kinds of foods you should be shopping for and what to avoid. I will teach you how to read those crazy food labels.
Cooking 101 – Hate to cook? Avoid it all together? Love delivery and eating out? Don’t worry, I can help. I’ll come to your kitchen and give you simple tips on creating great and healthy meals for you and your family. Cooking is easy and fun. I promise!
